- πΆ Walk for 60 minutes (while listening to an audiobook or podcast)
- π₯ Get to inbox zero
Mid-Day
- π³ Eat 8 eggs with salt and butter
- π₯© Eat 1 oz of beef liver
- πΆβοΈ Walk for 60 minutes (while listening to an audiobook or podcast)
Evening
- πΆ Practice harmonica
- π½οΈ Cook / eat dinner
- π Read (one book per week)
- ποΈ Ready for bed: Turn all lights red, burn a lavender candle, lower temperature (ideally 65 degrees)
